Our client base spans many business sectors with marketing projects across retail, food and drink, interiors, health and other specialist industries. The position will require the management of key clients and their varied digital activities plus management of website builds. The candidate would gather a full understanding of the client’s business and become an extension of their team whilst managing their needs within the agency. You must be able to intercept, interpret and disseminate important information effectively.
The account management role involves being the go-to person for all of your clients’ needs and acting as the linchpin of any campaigns for the agency internally whilst seeking any opportunities for account growth. The project management aspect means you need to be able to create, maintain and deliver a solid project plan to budget and deadline whilst co-ordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
Salary dependent on experience. This position reports to the head of client services
