Lost in the mix: Avora's social media visibility
We were tasked with increasing awareness of the Avora experience amongst couples, groups and families who visit London – along with building an engaged social community.
Vision
Finding the missing ingredients
We developed a social media strategy focusing largely on organic TikTok.
This involved identifying content niches that were resonating with Avora's target audiences. For example, we looked at content that was being published by TikTok Creators. Re-sharing this on the Avora TikTok channel produced the first viral video.

The perfect blend: a refined content strategy
Like all good organic social strategies, we took learnings from successful content and adapted these into our own strategy.
We also made sure to optimise all of Avora's TikTok content for search – TikTok SEO – with the aim of driving growing levels of ongoing views and engagement.
Although the organic strategy can't claim all the credit, this growth went hand-in-hand with increasing levels of ticket sales...
